This week we happily staged a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sierra Madre view home (with a pool!) listed by Irina Netchaev, Keller Williams Pasadena. We initially were hired to perform a home staging consultation for the home owners. We made cost effective recommendations on updating the kitchen (painting the cabinets white, granite counters, new hardware, and moving the refrigerator from the laundry room into the kitchen proper) and the master bath ( granite counter and new tile for the floors and shower) as well as some new light fixtures and paint colors for the rest of the house.
