This is one of the most beautiful houses on one of the best streets in Pasadena, Grand Avenue, near the Arroyo. The architectural style is Hollywood Regency. This was an owner occupied staging, and we were fortunate that the home owner had very nice things to work with. We augmented with art work, accessories and silk plants from our extensive home staging inventory.
