Home Staging A Modern Loft In Valley Village

We recently completed staging this very chic and modern condo loft in Valley Village, Los Angeles.
My clients are real estate investors who understand the added value that home staging brings to any real estate listing. Since I’ve staged several condos and model homes in Pasadena and Glendale for themthey’ve experienced first hand that home staging will help their listings sell faster and for more money. As a Los Angeles home stager, I have to be familiar with all areas of the Los Angeles area and understand who the buyers are and what they are looking for.
This loft style condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors. I wanted to show there was enough space to have a comfortable seating area and dining table as well as the counter bar in the living room/kitchen great room.

Los Angeles Home Staging a Distinctly Darling Classic Larchmont Cottage

This Los Angeles home stager had a busy week last week with all the stagings and destagings. I’m excited to have been able to stage this classic Larchmont Village cottage just a block away from Larchmont Blvd. in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. I initially did a consultation including paint colors. The home went into escrow before we were able to stage it, then fell out. I’m very sorry it didn’t sell, but I’m happy we had the opportunity to stage it.
3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 3 bathrooms, French doors opening on to the patio and pool, privacy galore plus a beautifully landscaped yard are the recipe for the perfect entertainers home in a desirable Larchmont Village location. The rooms were quite large and undefined. Staging defined the rooms and gave them a sense of scale.

Here’s 2 homes we staged in the past 2 months:
Listed at $225,000, this Pasadena Affordable Housing condo (64 Mar Vista #115) sat on the market for almost 3 years before staging. We staged it in March and it’s now about to close escrow, 60 days later! We’ve destaged this unit and staged another to help with a faster sale on that one too.
We staged this Beverly Hills luxury home, listed for $6.9 M in April. They received an offer after the first week on the market! I’m going to repeat myself: $6.9 M with an offer in the first week.
The Pasadena condo was vacant and unoccupied. The Beverly Hills luxury home was occupied – the home owner was living in the home after we staged it . It doesn’t matter. Home Staging An Affordable Housing Condo In Pasadena #2

Yesterday we staged the second Affordable Housing condo for a real estate investment group. We destaged the first condo we staged in this development (because it had sold) and moved everything into this unit.
The first unit we staged sold within the first month of staging after having been on the market for almost 3 years!
The unit we staged yesterday in this Pasadena condo complex is a mirror image of the first unit. I changed out some of the artwork & accessories, just to freshen the look. Like the last unit, this condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in 600 sq. ft.

Top luxury Arcadia home staging company, Moving Mountains Design, was hired to stage a beautiful new construction Arcadia home.
We started staging it last week, but had to take a break to allow the builder to finish construction. This Arcadia pool home, besides being stunning has a great floorplan plus many extras. There is a huge finished basement media room, and a wine cellar! The cabinetry, tile work and finishes are masterful. It was a pleasure to stage this home and I have no doubt it will sell very quickly!

Arcadia Home Staging -2 Days From Estimate to Staged!

I was called last Wednesday to look at an Arcadia home that needed to be staged immediately for open house on Saturday.
We already had several appointments booked for Wednesday, but were able to stop by and take a look at this one. I had given the agent a ball park figure over the phone and after we met, he told me to write a contract for staging on Friday(!) I was already booked to stage on Thursday, and scheduled to destage on Friday (We had already staged a very large house in Hancock Park on Tuesday) but we are well organized, so I knew it was possible. I was able to coordinate the furniture pick-up and delivery and everything worked out beautifully. Its not every day that we can turn around a staging that quickly, but the homeowner was ready with a signed contract and deposit check which eliminated the usual holdups. We work hard to meet our clients’ schedule whenever possible. The house was ready to stage, clean and vacant, which made the process much easier.
